I founded Live Your Truth Lab because I believe understanding yourself changes what becomes possible for your life. And I want to build the tools, education, technology, and community that make that kind of understanding easier to access.
My curiosity about psychology, neuroscience, neurodivergence, relationships, trauma, grief, and human behavior began with trying to better understand myself and the people I love. The more I learned, the more I realized how powerful self-understanding can be.
We can understand our patterns, triggers, needs, and behaviors and still struggle when real life gets messy. I became fascinated by that gap between learning something and actually being able to use it when it matters.
Not another website filled with information. I imagined a place where people could learn, reflect, experiment, ask questions, connect, and eventually use personalized AI tools to turn insight into action in their everyday lives.
Live Your Truth Lab isn’t being created from a finish line. It’s being built through research, lived experience, experimentation, technology, and a whole lot of curiosity. As I learn, test, and grow, so does the Lab.
The vision is simple: help people understand themselves better, so they can make choices that feel more aligned with who they really are.
Notice one moment today when you automatically say yes. Before answering, ask yourself: “Do I actually want to?
